GIFT SERVICES We are happy to ship your gift items to anyone on your list. Let us know if you need a gift enclosure. Also, for a small fee, we will be happy to gift wrap your purchase. Please email us for details. The ship to address on your payment must be that of the gift recipient.

SHIPPING will be USPS Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery confirmation is included for domestic US shipments. Insurance is not generally required but is recommended. We will not offer a refund for lost or damaged uninsured parcels. We generally ship daily, but cleared payment must be received by 1:30 pm Pacific Standard Time to ship the next day. If you have special time constraints, please email us prior to purchase to verify we can meet them. A $2.00 handling fee is charged for each auction to cover the costs of time and packaging materials. This handling fee is already included in the postage calculator below.

We are happy to offer combined shipping on most auctions, but not all. If you are bidding on or plan to bid on more than one of our items, please contact us IN ADVANCE to get a combined shipping estimate. In order to combine shipping, payment must be made in ONE (1) payment for all auctions won, and auctions must end within 3 days of each other. Please wait for a combined shipping invoice before paying.

PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept PayPal only. We try to package well, even so sometimes things get lost or damaged during transit. We take no responsibility for this and will not offer a refund for lost or damaged uninsured parcels. If this is a concern, please opt for insurance. Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction, or the item may be relisted. If payment is not made within 7 days, an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Buyers outside the US are responsible for all shipping and handling fees as well as any customs, value added taxes, duties, fees, tariffs, or other charges that may be due upon delivery of the item. Compassinfo Books can neither pre-determine nor accept responsibility for any of the above additional fees or costs. We will not mark shipments as gifts, and will put the actual purchase price on all customs documents.

First Class International shipping does not include tracking, but can be insured to most countries through our postage provider. Priority International & Express Mail each include tracking & some insurance (though not necessarily enough to cover the full value of your item). Additional insurance is available for both Priority & Express parcels. Due to the large number of lost parcels, we require all buyers from ITALY & SPAIN to purchase insurance.

We will ONLY ship Priority International or Express Mail to buyers in the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Paraguay, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, Yugoslavia
